Anri magnetic Toriart travel set c1967

Cute little Anri Toriart travel set made in Italy, 1967-1978 (based on the style of Anri sticker on the box). Toriart was Anri's own secret formulation - if I recall correctly, a concoction of wood dust and resin, which was then hand painted.

As is common with these sets, the interior foam padding had completed dried out and deteriorated and had to be removed. I (eventually) found a foam insert which matches the type of foam originally used, though I couldn't find it in green to match the original. So dark grey it is - it looks good and performs perfectly.
