Early Carlton Waterloo c1970

I think it is an early version of the Battle of Waterloo set - "English toy soldier metal" figures set on stone bases. I've seen Waterloo sets with figural kings and queens, but couldn't find this variation anywhere (though similar "flag" sets exist for other variations, such as the American War of Independence). I'm not surprised they changed it, as I think it would get confusing with all the horses on the board! Approx 4.7" "kings"
