Delicate old Regency set, 3.2", mid-late 19thc

From having handled and seen a fair number of Regency sets, as well as other old sets, I think this delicate old Regency set is at least mid 19th century, if not earlier. To my eye the knights have a certain late eighteenth/early nineteenth century naive vibe about them.
