Arcadian Crested China Knight circa 1904-1924

Arcadian China Knight, with the crest for the City of London.  Produced, I believe, by Arkinstall and Sons (Ltd) in Stoke-on-Trent, circa 1904-1924.  These decorative items were a craze in Victorian and Edwardian times with the rise in day trippers (thanks to the railways) who wanted to buy an ornament decorated with the local coat of arms as a momento of their trip.
