Bone "skirted" Barleycorn, circa 1830?

A less common variant of the Barleycorn design - this time with vertical barley decoration, rather than the usual horizontal. I think it resembles a skirt (akin to a Roman soldier's pteruges). Kings a stately 4.7" high, with great detail to the crowns of both kings and queens. Cogged bases indicate a higher quality set.
